Phillip King is an Associate Real Estate Broker and a seasoned Branch Manager with a knack for real estate. He is proactive with strong leadership skills which help him in his role as Branch Manager of the Coldwell Banker M&D Good Life Wading River Office. Phil constantly seeks growth opportunities, networks and widens his team’s circle of influence; leading the team to maximize their success. Phil believes it is extremely important to be a good listener, communicator, as well as being accessible and promptly responding to his teams needs. He is always ready to assist his agents, provide support, training and coach. Phil serves as an advocate for his team and values the trust they place in him which is why he is always ready to hit the ground running to deliver exceptional results.

He has extensive knowledge of Suffolk County, NY and has seen its transformation and the ups and downs of the market. Phillip’s understanding of the local real estate market and ability to properly evaluate market conditions enable him to utilize the nuances that make Suffolk County’s housing market and pricing strategy unique. Phillip has more that 30 years of combined real estate experience which has provided him with the skill set and qualities he needs to adequately serve his clientele and team. He studied Business Management at Newbury College in Brookline, Massachusetts. After completing college in 1991, he returning to Long Island and began working for the country’s third largest property management company where his career advanced. After 10 years he was offered a chance to work with a local custom high end home builder in the Hamptons as a project manager. In 2003, wanting a career where he could help people obtain the American Dream, he became a real estate salesperson. While his sales career was very successful, he realized he enjoyed helping his fellow agents and realized he wanted to be a Branch Manager of a real office. In 2017 he was offered the Branch Managers position and loves what he does.

Phil believes the quality of life in our communities depends on the support of those who live and work in them. "Giving Back" and "Paying it Forward" makes a difference and impacts the lives of the people that live there! He has volunteered many hours of his time and made charitable donations supporting many organizations over the years.

Phillip is a lover of family. When he’s not overseeing his team’s performance or helping clients buy or sell property, he enjoys spending time with his son Alec, his niece Madisyn and nephew James. He also likes classic cars, baseball, football, hiking, spending time on the beach and traveling.
